Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, images, prices, quantities and availability accurately. Our yoga and pilates socks are apparel products for everyday use.

Orders, Prices and Payments

The selected product, quantity, price, shipping and applicable taxes are displayed before payment. All prices are listed in CAD. We may decline or cancel orders for availability, suspected fraud, payment problems, pricing errors, shipping restrictions or incorrect customer information. Any applicable refund is returned to the original payment method.

Shipping and Fulfillment

We currently ship within Canada. Orders are fulfilled by our supplier partner. Processing normally requires 1–3 business days and delivery typically takes 7–12 business days after processing. Shipping costs $6.90 CAD; shipping is free on orders over $49 CAD. Estimates are not guarantees.

Returns and Refunds

Eligible direct purchases are covered by our published 15-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. Requests require prior authorization. Eligibility, return instructions, customer-paid return shipping for satisfaction-based returns, damaged or incorrect order procedures and refund timing are stated in the Refund Policy.

Third-Party Services

The store uses Shopify, payment processors, the product supplier, shipping carriers and other necessary service providers. NOEILI remains responsible for its published customer-support, shipping, return and refund obligations.

Acceptable Use and Intellectual Property

You may not use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or unauthorized purposes, or interfere with its operation. All content, trademarks and intellectual property on this site belong to NOEILI or its licensors.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Canada, without limiting mandatory consumer protections.
