- Can I change my order? — Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to help.

Shipping
- How long does shipping take? — 7-12 business days across Canada (plus 1-3 days processing).
- How much is shipping? — $6.90 CAD on orders under $49 CAD. Free shipping on orders over $49 CAD.
- Do you ship internationally? — Currently we ship within Canada only.
Returns
- What's your return policy? — 15 days from delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
- How do I start a return? — Email us with your order number and we'll guide you through it.
- When will I get my refund? — Within 5-10 business days after we receive your return.

- How do I choose the right size? — Check our Size Guide for detailed measurements.
- Are your products safe? — All products are selected for pet safety. Always supervise your pet with new toys.
- How do I clean the products? — Care instructions are included with each product and on the product page.
